The blackburn flea rear light has 4 very bright red leds and has similar brightness as lights twice its size. Flash mode is advertised as 12 hours but i did not have a chance to do a run down test in flash mode. Unfortunately blackburn has discontinued this fantastic little light. In my run down test it lasted for 6 5 hours.

So far this rear light is going strong 4 mos. The blackburn super flea rear flasher stretches a good design to its true potential with excellent optics weathertight casings and decent mounting hardware whether affixed to seatposts clothing or accessories. It s compact size makes it an excellent helmet light very bright enhancing safety. The attachment to the seat post is great you can leave it on your bike and forget it because it s so light and unobtrusive.

I ve had issues with the flea fronts that i ve ordered but no complaints with the rear. It s compact size makes it an excellent helmet light very bright enhancing safety.

Run time is advertised as 6 hours in steady. Unfortunately blackburn has discontinued this fantastic little light. The only criticism i have is the odd charging system. Measuring 33x23x46cm it s about as genuinely bijoux as you get while still doing the job on dark nights.
